Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Car Accident.
I was in a car accident a couple of months ago, and it wasn't my fault. The people who hit me is having there insurance company pay for the damage. I just put my car in the shop this morning and at first they said it would only take 2-3 days.They just called and said it will be 10 days.im too young to rent a car and now i have to miss work,is there anything i can do about that?

Re: Car Accident.
Check with your insurance company to confirm whether you have coverage and whether an older person may rent a replacement car for you.
If you don't have this coverage, make the claim against the at fault driver's insurance company, and if all else fails, sue the at fault driver either for the cost of your rental or lost wages. Make sure that you can document everything.
