Driving without a license carries the possible penalty of up to 60 days in jail, a $500 fine, and 5 points on your Maryland driving record, which could result further result in administrative suspension or revocation of your Maryland privilege. Your penalty depends on what the prosecutor recommends and what the judge decides to impose after hearing the case. I offer a free initial consultation.
