Got caught driving with a suspended liesnce, but the DUI that caused it was dismissed in court

The evidence might have been sufficient for probable cause to stop, but not to convict. Perhaps the dui was not the only probable cause either. Regardless, MVA might impose administrative consequences, even if the court does not impose criminal ones.
