I was charged with DUI in Md and yet I blew nothing but zeros on the breathalyzer. How can this happen and what should I do?

There are a number of reasons. You need to look at the police report and statement of charges. One reason could have been you did not blow hard enough into the machine. Nevertheless, your lawyer should argue that everything was working properly and you are not guilty.
