Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I had a court date for a few must appear traffic citations. I could not make it to court that day. My license and registration have been suspended and I have a warrant. How do I go about turning my self in and what can I expect to happen when I do?

If this is in PG County, don't turn yourself in! We may be able to get the warrant quashed. How long has it been since the court date?

An attorney may be able to persuade the court to recall the warrant, which would avoid surrender and bail. In addition, an attorney can advise you whether the state may prove the charge, whether a plea offer is fair, and how to litigate.
