Driving on Suspended Lic. & Priv. (h)?
I recieved a ticket for driving on a suspended license, it was suspended for failure to pay a speeding ticket. Does this fall under the (h) violation, could I only be facing 3 points and no jail time?

Re: Driving on Suspended Lic. & Priv. (h)?
Yes. If you were suspended for an unpaid ticket, you would be facing the 16-303(h) violation. Depending on many factors such as which county, the judge, the prosecutor, and your driving record, you still may face both the 3 points and some jail time. Some counties are stricter than others, and in some cases an attorney could help you get the charges dropped so you would be facing no penalty at all. You should at least consult with and consider hiring a competent attorney before deciding to go to court yourself.
