Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
When filing a Motion for Dismissal, does the correspondence have to be in the formal Motion to Dismiss format or can it be requested by writing in a letter format?

The Maryland Rules state the format for motions. The Court may deny a motion, because it does not comply with the format in the Rules.
