Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I missed a "must appear" court date and I would like to know how to take care of this as soon as possible without going to jail. This is in Maryland.

You may ask to have a bench warrant recalled by filing a motion to do so with the court. However, if the court refuses to recall the warrant, then you showed surrender after making arrangements for bail.
