Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I paid $1800.00 for an attorney and he didnt show up to my dui hearing. instead he sent his brother. Can I get my fees back?

Read your retainer agreement to determine whether you retained a specific person instead of a law firm. If it was the firm, then any member of the firm may represent you. However, if you retained a specific person, then contact that person regarding what would satisfy you. If you are still unsatisfied, contact the Attorney Grievance Commission.
