Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I just got PBJ and recently got another speeding ticket(3 weeks ago), what can I do to avoid receiving the PBJ points and the potential points for this upcoming ticket....Should I hire a lawyer?

The only way to avoid the points is to fight it and hope to get no worse than pbj. However, pbj can trigger violation of an active probation. Whether to have a lawyer is up to you.
