Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Police sopped me for "disrespecting" him by changing lane and go infront of him. At the time, I wasn't carrying my driver's license and he gave me a ticket for it, and an "advice" not to ever go infront of the police. His illegal arrest resulted in my getting ticket for not carrying my license, how do I fight this in court ? I certainly feel he abused his authority.

You may have a trial and challenge the probable cause for the stop and move to suppress the evidence that the officer learned as a result of the stop. Ultimately, the court will decide whom to believe.
