Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I received a PBJ for speeding (2pts) in July 2014. I just got another ticket (2pts) in Jan 2015. If I plea guilty do the points from my PBJ go into effect? I was not too friendly with the officer so going to court may not be in my best interest. What to do?

Whether a probationer violates probation and must face the consequences of doing so depends on whether the probation was still active when the new offense happened, and whether the probationer is found guilty. Usually ordinary traffic probation terms are for one day.
