Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
If I recieved a traffic warrant in 2007 how long will it expire.

Warrants do not expire. They are served either by arrest or surrender. Occasionally, old unserved ones are recalled, but you should not count on that. Often courts are persuaded to recall warrants when a motion to do so is supported by a good reason.
