Check Maryland judiciary case search regarding whether a new court date has been set, or whether a warrant has been issued for your arrest. If the court has issued a warrant, then perhaps if you have a good reason for having missed the date, then the court might consider recalling the warrant.
An experienced criminal defense attorney can help you evaluate the prosecution's case, any defenses that you might have, and any plea offer that might be made, so that you can decide whether to go to trial. Consider seeking a confidential consultation.
