Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
Do all stop signs have to have a validation code on the back of them to be legal since anyone can buy them online?

Signs may have to meet certain specifications for use on highways, but it would probably not be a defense, unless the sign were so defective that drivers could not see or understand it.
