Is a traffic citation an adult charge? I'm a minor a have been summoned to appear for Circuit Court; should juvenile court have jurisidiction?

Traffic charges for a juvenile generally belong in the juvenile division of the circuit court.

Yes, actually the district court does not have jurisdiction over a juvenile.
