Legal Question in Traffic Law in Maryland
I have a second trial for FTA and this is due to wrong address on file. This is my first infraction but because of the first trial I'm wondering if this trial will be continued from the last or if New charges will be brought forward because the tickets were about a week apart. If so will probation turn to jail?

Generally it will be continued from the last. But, you should not go to court without a lawyer. If you cannot afford one, get a public defender.

Make sure that the court has your correct address. Sentencing depends on a lot of variables, including your prior record, the nature of the offense, the judge, the prosecutor, and the mitigation that you present. No one can guarantee whether your case is a jail or probation case.
