unautherise use of motor veh.

charged crimial but was given points on that !it has caused me to be jobless! i`m a tracter-trailor driver! this was criminal not traffic!! after the trial the Public defender never filed modififcation! my rights have been crapped on

The law does proscribe points to be assessed and a license suspension for UUMV. You may be able to file a post-conviction case if the PD did not effectively assist you.
