Administer of Estate's

Does the administer of estate have the right to assign a finance vehicle to another family member?

Will the MVA accept this terms when administer of estate just verbally assigns the vehicle to a family member without the loan being statisfied.

No. The loan company has a lien on the vehicle until it is paid in full (you will see that indicated on the bottom portion of the car's title from MVA). Title will not be transferred by MVA until the lien is released by the loan company.
