Legal Question in Wills and Trusts in Maryland
I filed a will in MA many years ago. I have recently relocated to Maryland. Is my original will still valid or do I need to draw up a new will?

It's impossible to know without looking at the will.
Each state has its own requirements for a valid will.
Therefore, I recommend you take a copy of the will to a local attorney for review.
Once you have it approved as is or get it revised, you can also file the original with your county's Register of Wills.
