Paula McGill Attorney at Law

It all depends. The personal representative signs a retainer agreement with the attorney. The retainer agreement will outline the boundaries of representation. Some want the attorney to handle all legal matters. Others will seek advice from counsel as needed. Also, personal representatives may hire an accountant in addition to counsel. Of course, the accountant would discuss taxes with the personal representatives.

Also licensed in Maryland and practicing in several counties in the state.
