Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland

what can I do

I am getting billed from john hopkins hosptial for a accident I had on a farm,and when I told the hosptial to call him,he told them he didn't have workers comp and wasn't gone to pay for it,do I have a law suit on this farmer,I was in icu for two days and almost lost my life due to this accident,can I get any rewards payed to me as well,please help me

You may have a basis to sue the farmer. Assuming that he owns the land then you may also have assets upon which your recovery can be paid.
