Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland
I was hurt on a job site a few years ago and the injury is still on going.
I did not recieve any workers comp. and quite the company not long after the accident. Can the employer be held liable for this? I took no legal actions to the employer or the employee.

Worker's comp claims must be filed within 2 years of the incident or it's too late. So unless you filed a claim with the workers' compensation commission before now, you waited too long. You can't sue the employer in civil court either; worker's comp was your exclusive remedy.
