Re: Workers compensation

If you are receiving your regular compensation even though unable to perform some of the duties of your job, you are not entitled to workers' comp. If you are not receiving your full wages, you may be entitled to temporary partial disability from workers' comp to make up the difference. If your disability is rated as permanent by your doctor after you have been released from medical treatment, you may be entitled to permanent disability benefits, despite being back at work. All of this can be complicated, so you ought to consult an experienced workers' compensation attorney for further assistance.
