Legal Question in Workers Comp in Maryland
Been on workmans comp for 6 months and headed to surgery. Everything was fine, then at 27 weeks the company cut off all of my benefits. Are they allowed to do that, do I have any recourse?

Probably, and you need the help of an attorney since they have just terminated your employment. We need to review their policy and procedural manual to make sure they followed their own procedures. Give me a call if you would like to discuss further.
