how can i persue charges againts my ex wife for filing false restrainnig order violations after we went to trial and i was found not guilty

Not guilty does mean that the Judge could not find probable cause of a restraining order. You would have to prove that what she stated was perjury. If you can prove it then you should take it to the DA and the court could then pursue criminal charges. A private citizen can only have a show cause hearing to let the court decide if they will pursue to criminally.
