Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts

Contracts/Family

A creative lawyer may be able to make an argument that it is inequitable for your ex-fiance to continue to use your credit to finance her purchase. The end result of that effort is uncertain, however, and may likely be expensive for you to pursue. I suggest that you contact the lender and inform them of your situation. They may be willing to work something out with you.
