Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts

filing suit and injunction

I am thankful for the answer to my question titled ''bylaws and zoning regulations'' and would like to ask if there is a way for myself to file these things and if there is a certain law that would tell me how to do this? I would opt for an attorney first and foremost, but my husband has recently had open heart surgery and I am in no postion to pay for one at present.

You cartainly are permitted to file all of the above documents and attempt to wade through the statutory and case law which govern the law and procedure, but it would be ill-advised to do so.
