i am a renter

the house im renting in was forclosed on july10 whitch a bank bought in the forcloser now they send me a leter to get out by the end of sept i call in tell them im disabeled im under the care of a doctore for mential ill ness so is my grandsone and my son is disabeled he hase dibeties and short term memory lost i have also 3 miner kids in my home im going to court oct23 for afection from the bank who owens it now they told me they dint want any money from me to use it to find othere houseing so i did just that but i cant move untill nov3 not when they wonted me to so now they wont money in the court advicition what should i do or say in court this never happend to me im 56 allways payed my rent not my fault the landlord dint pay his morgage now i have to pay??

You should contact Greater Boston Legal Services in downtown Boston. Their telephone number is one eight-hundred, three two three, three two zero five.

This is sort of a complicated area, but the important thing to remember is that the bank is now your landlord, and may not remove you from the premises without the order of a judge.

With an attorneys help, it is very likely that you would not have to move out until November or December.
