A spouse and a mother and a father 260000 estate how much would they each recieve

You don't mention whether there is a will involved, or if there are any children. Assuming that there are no children, and that there is no will, the spouse would be entitled to a statutory share, and then the spouse and the deceased's parents would split the remainder.
