Legal Question in Administrative Law in Massachusetts
I work for the commonwealth of Ma.and have about 2,000 hrs of sick time accrued.They say if I dont submit the FMLA papers I will not be paid for time out.They have requested doctors notes and i have complied.Do I have to accept FMLA?

All fmla does is protect you job if you are unable to work. If they deem you leave fmla leave, you should not have a problem with this. Feel free to call me Monday to discuss. 617-426-7400
