Re: criminal harresment
a few tentants have veriable harresed us indirectly have spread false rumors to the point that there yelled it in public which has caused a public stgma. what action should i take.

You don't give much information. I believe you should begin by speaking to an attorney who can look into whether this is a racially or ethnically motivated act. If it is, a criminal action may lie. If not, then you must decide if your standard of liviing within your home (not outside of same) is affected. If it is then you can sue the Landlord for quiet use and enjoyment and ask to have your rent abatted or even excused. The Landlord can then move to evict the offending tenent.
You should see a lawyer about this or go to speak to the District Attorney in your home county to see if what legal avenues are open to you.
