In a word, yes. However, there are certain narrow exceptions as to when speech may be constitutionally restricted.

Yes, unless obscene or otherwise legally restricted. Only governments in their various forms are prohibited from supressing free speech, however. In most cases, private entities and/or individuals cannot violate free speech rights; only those acting for or on behalf of some form of local, municipal, state or federal entity.
