wage attachment

i owe a funeral home bill for my mother, they are attaching my wages, is there any other options available to me?

I'm sorry for the loss of your mother.

I would need to know more about your mother's estate and your legal relationship to it (executor, etc.). Obviously, someone has to pay for these services. If they are not prepaid, then the cost of final burial is paid by the estate. If you are a beneficiary of the estate, then the funeral home has a right to be paid before you receive anything from the estate.

You may want to take the paperwork to an attorney in your area, as these situations can be pretty complicated.
