Car Sale then Traffic Violation
I sold my car on 11-12. Then on 11-18 I receive in the mail a State traffic violation for Operating Vehicle with failed Inspection sticker. I was not the owner nor driver of the car when it was issued on 11-16. what are my rights?

You will want to contact the vehicle registry and provide them with your documentation of sale asap. If you do so in writing, be sure to use certified or registered mail in order to have a "paper trail".
