Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts
Deceptive Auto Practices
If a dealer charges you a higher price for the vehicle that what it is advertised for do you have the right to return the vehicle? My dad just bought a used car less that 24 hours ago, I just searched the dealers website and found that the car was advertised for a few thousand dollars less than what he was charged by the dealer. Can he return the vehicle? Are there any consumer laws in effect in Massachusetts that give him the right to return this vehicle given the circumstances?
Thank you for your anticipated quick response.
