Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

Forein object found in Happy Meal

My daughter found 2 USED rubber gloves in her Happy Meal box from a local fast food chain. I have the box with all the contents including the gloves. Company is trying to dismiss as a ''false accusation.'' I am frustrated at the response and I am concerned about future incidents happening and possibly harming others. Any legal advice or suggestions? Thanks, Jill

Re: Forein object found in Happy Meal

Was your daughter injured in anyway? If not, you don't have any damages there is no case. However, you may want to report to your local board of health/health inspector/consumer regulator, etc., in the county where this McDonald's is located. If there is a complaint filed, this will help to keep them on their toes and may prevent further incidents like your daughter experienced! Good luck! Sincerely, Maria Murber
