Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

grounds for terminating a lease before the anniversary date

I was wondering if failure to report the security deposit interest and the last month rent is grounds for terminating a lease. Also, my landlord is doing repairs on my property and has left all the equipment, including electrical wires, wheel barrels and shovels, picks in my yard, with no permission to do so. I was notified of the work, but only to keep my dogs in, so they would not interefere with the workers. The equipment has been there for 15 days, and they had already started the work and gave me the notice 3 days later. Things like that. Could you give me an idea?? Thanks very much, Susan
