i hold the title can a bank repo
i bought my car in march this year was always current on payments. a couple months into it the bank sent me the title to my car. they didn't take a payment out of my account for 2 months. this was nice because i have lost my job. they must have relized there misstake because i started recieving phone calls about there error they said they were gonna repo if i didn't turn in the title to them they also took all my money out of my account. i stoped putting money in to my account. now i am getting phone calls everyday a couple a day saying there gonna repo if i don't pay.

You should retain an attorney to attempt to negotiate a payment plan to avoid reposession, if at all possible. Good Luck!
