Incorrect New Automobile invoice
Hello,

I recently just purchased a new vehicle. We Signed all the paper work and took ownership of the car (the title was transfered got both our trade in vehicle and the new vehicle to us).

I got a call two weeks after the purchase from the dealership explaining they had made a mistake on the cost of the vehicle by ~$5,000.

Do I need to pay this money or -recontract a loan etc?

You need to speak with a competent attorney right away.

You probably are best advised to do/say nothing until you have been advised by your lawyer on the most appropiate action to take.
