Hi, I bought a truck one week ago sunday, I paid $7500 for the truck and when i got it home it have issuse that i was not told about, i brought it to a repair shop and had $1500 in repairs done and i still have may problums with it. do i have the right to a refund plus the repair costs i paid for? thank you

Whether you bought it from a dealer or a private party in Massachusetts you should have received a 30 day warranty that it was fit for its usual purpose.

Retain an attorney to review the entire situation to determine exactly what rights you have and how to proceed to enforce them.
