Legal Question in Consumer Law in Massachusetts

medical bill

Recently received botox injections

from Lahey clinic hospital in

Lexington, MA. I have had over 3

years experience at getting these

injections done. This particualr doctor

did not do not procedure correctly

and therefore the botox had no

effect. I went back and had the

procedure done and was charged a

second time for $530.

I was very upset that they would

charge me twice for a procedure that

was never done correctly the first

time.

The office mgr. threatened to send

me bills and if i did not pay them

then my credit would suffer.

What can i do to fight this? I also

heard that hospital fees/bills cannot

effect your credit..true??
