Credit Card Attorney Failed to appear for court and I did - judge sent a letter of dismissal and now credit card company is filing a vacate of dismissal order-

You should oppose the motion. These motions are routinely allowed. If you would like, our office could oppose the motion as a means of gaining leverage in order to assist you obtaining a favorable settlement of this matter.
