Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts
A debt collector keeps calling my office about a contractor who hasn't worked for me in yrs.. I told them time & time again that he dosn't work here anymore but they keep calling. Now I get a call from the same agency but a different voice telling my to with hold & send them any money the ex-contractor is do. This person started to threaten me about court actions will be put on me & my Co. & do what he say's or else, So, I just hung up but there still calling my office. I have had it. What can I do to get this to stop?

I'm sure you know this, but you probably need a lawyer. Court involvement will require notice to you and/or your company, and an opportunity to assert any defenses and counterclaims. To make it stop, you may want to see if you can understand why it is they think they are owed money and address their concerns and allegations.
Before anyone can withhold monies due and pay over to a third party, there will need to be a court order. What you are dealing with is some fly-by-night operation, who may even be a scam attempting to trick you into forwarding them money (yes! there are alot of fraudulent "debt collection services" running around and using that scam).
To go into more detail, talk to a lawyer about the matter. But from what you tell me, it seems you have a great complaint (lawsuit) against the agency (assuming they are real and exist) for harassment.
