Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

On july 2009 the clerk dismissed the plaintiff action on a civil debt collection hearing on our 4th pre-trial hearing. Now 10 months later on May 2010 the Plaintiff filed a Motion to Vacate is it permissible.

Attorney Lebensbaum is correct. The plaintiff has the right under the rules to file a motion to vacate. You also have the right to oppose his motion.
