Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

I loaned my ex girlfriend 800$ to purchase a 1500$ car about a year and a half ago. After only giving me about 200$ shes decided she doesn't want to pay me anymore. Both my parents knew about the loan i had given her and I have a bank statement showing the 800$ withdrawal on the day the car was purchased. Do I have any kind of a case on her to get the rest of what she owes me? It was a verbal agreement to pay me back and we didn't "specify" a date to repay me but a year and a half, especially since we broke up, is enough I think.
