so my question is that I helped a

friend pay off their credit card debt by

getting a loan in my name with the

promise that he would take care of the

monthly payments and it's been

months now and he hasn't made a

single payment. Is there any legal

action I can take against him to get

the money?

Depending on the amount of money, you can sue in small claims, district court or superior court.
