Legal Question in Credit and Debt Law in Massachusetts

we have just been in small claims court Taunton Ma. for a payment review hearing because the defendant did not pay after we won the payment. Well the defendant failed to appear they said a capias ordered. What does that mean for us..... what is the next step we need to do??

Get the capias and if you know where the Defendant is get the police to bring him in.
