Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
i was convicted in 1997 and have been on parole for 3 years with 3 remaining. i was diagnosed recently being bipolar and my question is can i go back with a motion to reconsider a revise and revoke of sentence due to this med information that was not discovered prior to sentencing?
