Legal Question in Criminal Law in Massachusetts
i was a victim of a robbery and the defendant was sent to jail as a result. Now that he is out of jail, do i have have any rights as to his whereabouts, as i am concerned that he may retaliate for pressing charges

No, but if you are able to meet the requirements of the statute you may be eligible for a restraining order.
